THE STARTING POINT
Why is buying Claude licences not enough?
Plenty of companies have already bought licences and still see usage concentrated in the two or three curious people. That is not a tool problem: nobody configured Claude with the company’s context, nobody defined which data may leave the internal environment, and nobody translated a general capability into concrete daily tasks. That work is short, but it has to be done, and done with someone who has done it before.
CLAUDE CODE
What does a Claude Code deployment include for your engineering team?
Claude Code works where your developers already work: the terminal, the editor, and the repositories they maintain. We install it, configure it with the context of your codebase, and tune it to your conventions rather than to a generic sample project. The goal is not loose code generation — it is a collaborator that understands how software gets built at your company.
- Installation and configuration across your team’s machines and repositories.
- Project context documented so Claude knows your architecture, conventions, and commands.
- Explicit permissions and limits: what it may read, what it may write, and what requires human approval.
- Tailored automation — subagents, skills, and hooks — for the tasks your team repeats every week.
- Onboarding sessions with the team, on their own codebase rather than on a sample.
CLAUDE FOR BUSINESS TEAMS
How do operations, finance, and sales teams use Claude?
Most of Claude’s value in a company does not sit with the technical team. It sits with the people building proposals, reconciling reports, answering customers, or reviewing contracts. We configure the workspace by area, load the reference material each team actually uses, and train on the workflows that already exist.
- A workspace organised by area, with access matched to each person’s role.
- Projects prepared per team, with context and reference documents already loaded.
- A prompt library for each area’s recurring tasks, ready to use.
- Role-based training on real cases from your operation, not on generic examples.
GOVERNANCE AND ADOPTION
What security and data governance rules are needed before starting?
Before the first team starts, we put in writing what information may enter Claude and what may not, who has access to what, and how usage gets reviewed. After rollout we measure real adoption by area: who is using it, for what, and where it stalled. That follow-through is what separates a deployment that holds from one that fades in month two.
- A written data-handling policy, aligned with regional data protection frameworks.
- Access controls and per-team permission reviews.
- Adoption measured by area after rollout, with friction points identified by name.
- Adjustments driven by what the measurement shows, not by what we assumed at the start.
HOW WE WORK
How much does it cost to deploy Claude at a company?
We charge USD $100 per implementation hour. There is no minimum block and no lock-in: you buy the hours you need, whether that is four to set up one team or several weeks for a full rollout across areas. Claude Code and Claude licences are purchased directly from Anthropic under your own billing and your own terms — we neither resell nor broker them. And if you also need Claude to query your ERP, CRM, or internal databases, that is separate work: it is our AI Layer solution, and the two combine well.
